Primark has done it again and delivered working girls all around the UK with the perfect posh pumps with “00′s” knocked off the price tag.  The black patents are perfect with fitted dresses and block colour 60 plus dernier tights and the chanel -style pumps will do you proud with jeans at a weekend lunch date. My vote is with this perennially stylish soft grey pair which complement the mid-season 2010 Spring/Summer colour palette beautifully.

I’ve been looking for some crush worthy “home clothes” to lounge in and there’s loads of options in the cheap ‘n ‘cheerful camp (which look tatty after a couple of washes) and great options from the luxe camp from Zadig & Voltaire and Juicy….but they all felt a little bit “done”.  So when I stumbled upon Freddy Dance Acadamy – a cool Italian brand (Neal Street in Covent Gardent) which makes you wish you had been at a FAME-style school more than ever – I was elated. There were some pieces that were more suited to a dancer’s body but there were also a lot of cool clothes.  Take this gorgeous ” La Scala” marine green sweat top…looks GREAT with jeans and converse or vans at the weekend. And if you really want to live out teenage FAME fantasies, team this up with mauve cotton sweat pants for a sexy “off duty dancer look” : )

A beautiful summer’s day in London doesn’t feel like the most obvious day to share a “staying in” style crush but these finds are just too good!  First up we have The White Company’s moccasin-style furry lined slippers..perfect as the nights draw in and the weather cools. They also come in a dusky mauve and were my perfect companions (along with cream cashmere socks also from The White Company £25) when staying at a friend’s beautiful Irish getaway last weekend.
